What data we collect
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when:
- Completing the athlete assessment form (athlete name, date of birth, nationality, academic records, sporting history, parent/guardian name, email address, WhatsApp number)
- Sending a message via the contact form (name, email address, message content)
- Sending a Middle East family enquiry or tour registration (contact details and the athlete or programme selections you provide)
- Communicating with us directly by email or WhatsApp
We do not collect any payment card data through this website. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising networks.
How we use your data
We use the personal data you provide to:
- Review and respond to your athlete assessment submission
- Communicate with you about the scholarship consultancy process
- Provide the services you have requested or enquired about
- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With US college coaching staff, where you have expressly requested us to do so as part of the placement process
- With professional advisors (e.g. legal or compliance) where required
- Where required by law or regulatory authority
- With our transactional email provider, Resend, solely to deliver the enquiry and assessment emails to our founder
Any sharing with US institutions forms part of the service you have engaged us to provide and will be discussed with you directly before it occurs.
How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Enquiry data where no engagement follows is deleted after 12 months. Where a client relationship exists, we retain records for 6 years from the end of that relationship in accordance with UK legal requirements.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All communications with us by email or WhatsApp are handled by the founder personally — your data is not passed through a sales team or customer service system.

As part of the scholarship placement process, some of your data may be shared with US-based universities and colleges. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place and you will be informed before any such transfer takes place.
