The full fee is paid at the point of engagement, in one payment, or split into three interest-free monthly instalments through PayPal. There is no second payment later, no balance owing once your athlete has an offer in hand.

Everything you need to know before committing.

When is the fee paid?

The full fee is paid upfront at the point of engagement. You can pay in one payment, or split the cost into three interest-free monthly instalments using PayPal.

What happens if no offer is secured?

In the event that we are unable to secure a suitable offer, we will discuss your options fully and honestly. The specific terms are outlined clearly in our engagement agreement, which is signed before any work begins.

Are there any costs beyond the CSG fee?

The only costs beyond our fee are those charged directly by third parties: the NCAA Eligibility Centre registration fee, SAT or ACT test registration fees, visa application fees, and any travel costs. We inform you of all expected third-party costs at the outset.

Does the scholarship cover university tuition entirely?

Scholarship values vary significantly by programme, division, and athlete. We give you a realistic picture of the scholarship value your athlete is likely to attract at assessment (before any fee is paid), so you can make a fully informed decision.

How long does the process take?

Typically between four and twelve months from initial consultation to signed offer, depending on your athlete's age, timeline, and the level of programme we are targeting.

Can Gulf families work with CSG?

Yes, and we actively welcome them. Premium package clients in the Middle East receive an in-person consultation in Dubai or Doha. All families receive video consultations, WhatsApp communication, and documentation in English. Arabic-speaking support is available on request.
