When the opportunity arose, he took it, arriving at an NCAA programme that did not reflect the standard he knew he was capable of reaching. Rather than accept it, he identified a better pathway and made a move most athletes would not have considered.
He transferred independently to Louisburg College, North Carolina. No agent. No safety net. He earned NJCAA All-American honours and was recognised as the top player in the country.
In 2012, he transferred to Creighton University, one of the most respected NCAA D1 programmes in the United States. Every step self-directed. That is the journey CSG was built to give other athletes.

Following his time at Creighton, our founder built a career in the world of finance, developing the commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical discipline that give CSG a capability most consultancies in this space simply do not possess. Sport gave us the insight. Finance gave us the tools.
